Tutrakan History, from Antiquity to the Liberation V.1

"History of Toutrakan" was published after two years of hard work. Both volumes have been written on an academic level. Its authors are well known archaeologists and historians and specialists from the History Museum Tutrakan. Volume 1 covers the period from Antiquity to the Liberation (V BC. - 1878). Supervisor of the project is Assoc. Prof. Lyudmil Vagalinski from the National Archaeological Institute in BAC. Authors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stefan Alexandrov NAIM - BAS; Emil Petkov - an archaeologist at the Museum of History - Turtukan; v. n. v. Dr. Rumen Kovachev from the Oriental Department of the National Library "St. Cyril and Methodius "and v. N. V. Dr. Rumen Lipchev of Regional History Museum - Silistra.
         The volumes are illustrated with numerous maps, color and black and white photographs. The publication includes applications. Tutrakan museum professionals participated in the overall preparation of the books.
